Perkiomen Valley 5, Daniel Boone 2: Visiting Perkiomen Valley defeated Daniel Boone in a non-league match of Aug. 22.

In singles, the Vikings got victories from No. 1 Jasmine Morris, who beat Kelsey Cubero 6-1, 6-0; No. 2 Allison Newman, who beat Jamie Menarde 6-2, 6-3; and No. 4 Sarah Roerden, who came back to winin a long tiebreaker to beat Lauren Haag, 4-6, 6-2, 10-6. At No. 3 singles, PV's Isabel Dove fell to Kristin Coatney 6-3, 0-6, 10-5, and at No. 5 singles, the Vikes'm Amanda Vergara dropped a 6-1, 6-1 verdict to the Blazers' Caitlin Shellhamer.

Perk Valley swept the doubles with Irene Yeom/Megan Wong winning 6-0, 2-0 (retired), and Nikki Ciocari/Mary Paige Martin posting a 6-0, 6-1 win.

Great Valley 5, Spring-Ford 2: Natassja Boham won at first singles for the Rams in their non-league loss to the Patriots, while Ellie Graziadei/Kristen Ohl netted the other point second doubles.

Boham defeated Brinley Burtlett 6-3, 7-5, while the doubles team won a three-setter with scores of 6-2, 4-6, 6-4.Boys Golf

Souderton 205, Perkiomen Valley 222: Nate Guerrini carded a team-best 42 for the Vikings in the non-league setback at Raven's Claw on Aug. 22.

Spring-Ford 202, Pottsgrove 253: Matt Keim fired a 1-over-par 37 to lead the Rams past the Vikings in a PAC-10 match at Turtle Creek on Aug. 21.

Chase Armour (39), Connor Boham (41), Joe Roth (42) and Jack Wilson (43) rounded out the top five for Spring-Ford.


Perkiomen Valley 201, Pope John Paul 204: Nate Guerinni, Elijah Landes and Dallen Hall each shot 39 to prace the Vikings held off the Golden Panthers at Raven's Claw on Aug. 21. Nick Luciana carded a 41 and Kyle Zahour added a 43 for the host Vikings.

J.T. Spina and Mike Limongelli each shot 39 for PJP, followed by Joe Morgan (40), Thomas Schaffer (43) and Jaclyn D'Angelo (43).Girls Golf

Boyertown 185, Spring-Ford 208: Kelsey Hahn led the Rams with a 48 in their PAC-10 setback to the Bears at Linfield National Golf Clurse on Aug. 21.

Gabby Lombardo (51), Sam Weidman (54), Bridgett Criswell (55) and Peyton Incollingo (55) completed the Rams' scoring.

Emily Gilbert paced Boyertown with a 39.
