Spring-Ford seniors Nick Stanek and Drew Kakareka and Perkiomen Valley senior Purnell Wilson were voted to the All-Pioneer Athletic Conference boys basketball first team by the league coaches.

Stanek played forward while Kakareka and Wilson were guards.

Also picked for the first team were Owen J. Roberts senior Matt Crider, Methacton senior Zach Jenkins and Pottstown junior Bryant Quill.

Spring-Ford senior forward Gary Hopkins made the second team.

Honorable mention went to Phoenixville junior forward DeAndre Gadsden and senior guard Eric Wallace as well as Perkiomen Valley senior forward Mekhi Clemons.


For the girls, Spring-Ford seniors Sammy Stipa and Shelby Mueller were named to the first team along with Perkiomen Valley sophomore Katie Armstrong.

Also named to the first unit were Methacton seniors Jenna Carroll and Kelly Glatthorn.

The second team included Spring-Ford junior Maggie Locke.

Phoenixville senior forward Jada Boyce made honorable mention.

Boys Swimming: Phoenixville-Josh Ziev; Spring-Ford-Channing Ryan; Perkiomen Valley-Anthony Crane.

Girls Swimming: Phoenixville-Shawna Moore; Spring-Ford-Isabella Cieri; Perkiomen Valley-Allison Bonsall.


Wrestling: Phoenixville-John Lukowski; Spring-Ford-David Moran; Perkiomen Valley-Nick Giangiulio.
