Spring-Ford junior Paul Power led the All-Pioneer Athletic Conference boys cross country team.

He was joined by four more local runners: Perkiomen Valley senior Dave Garton, Perkiomen Valley junior Ray Friend, Phoenixville senior Adam Yosua and Spring-Ford senior Josh Tupper.

The girls cross country all-star unit included Spring-Ford junior Sammy Christman, Perkiomen Valley junior Morgan Faust, Perkiomen Valley senior Mallory Snyder, Perkiomen Valley senior Allie Bonsall, Perkiomen Valley senior Ellen Havard and Perkiomen Valley freshman Michele Daniels.

The girls' squad was led by Methacton senior Kara Steinke, a four-year distance star for the Warriors.



Spring-Ford juniors John Foley and Matt Keim were voted to the all-league boys golf first team.

The second team consisted of Perkiomen Valley senior Connor Green, Perkiomen Valley senior Kevin Knapp, Phoenixville junior Liam Bonner and Spring-Ford senior Bennett Detweiler.

Honorable mention picks included Perkiomen Valley sophomore Nate Guerrinni and Perkiomen Valley junior Elijah Landes.

Among the girls, Perkiomen Valley sophomore Carly Dorminy earned a spot on the first team.
