Episcopal Academy has seen its offense frustrated time and again recently while on a three-game losing streak.

Tuesday, it got to vent a little.

The Churchmen ripped off 17 goals, led by three markers and three assists from Curtis Zappala, to earn a 17-5 Inter-Ac win over Germantown Academy.

Brandon Kopen recorded a hat trick, Ryan Whayland and Chris Friedman chipped in a pair of goals each, and Christian Feliziani paired two goals with a 22-for-25 day on faceoffs for EA.

Also in the Inter-Ac:

Haverford School 12, Penn Charter 4: The Fords got goals from 12 players, led by a goal and two assists from Brandon Shima and a goal and three helpers from Grant Ament.

In the Central League:

Penncrest 18, Strath Haven 7: Will Manganiello (four goals, two assists) and Alex Bonnett (three goals, three assists) each accounted for six points as the Lions (15-0, 9-0) remained undefeated.

Robert Logan and Drew Hanna recorded hat tricks, and Ethean Trusty and Dylan Protesto threw in two goals each for the Lions.

Bryan Mizell scored four goals for Strath Haven.

Ridley 6, Conestoga 4: Lou Harrison and Brock Anderson scored twice each, but it was the defensive effort of the Green Raiders (10-3, 6-2) that ultimately won the day, keeping the Pioneers off the scoreboard in the second half.

John Saunders, Ben Kellett, Mike Cropper and Jon Lyman did the dirty work in defense in support of Dawson Faust (10 saves) for Ridley, allowing them to outscore Stoga 4-0 after halftime.

Nolan Fox paired his tally with two assists, Cade Stratton chipped in two helpers and Matt Borchert also scored.
